ABOUT
US / MY PHILOSOPHY
My
Mission Statement:
To actively engage those that we have elected
to govern and hold them accountable to the performance
of the job they were elected to accomplish. To encourage
the voting public to really investigate the policies,
practices and records of; public officials, governmental
institutions and bureaucrats and to function with independent
thought.
My
Philosphy:
LESS
GOVERNMENT: As Americans we have a responsibility
to hold true to the principles of the founding Fathers,
protecting the idea that man is free and government is
constituted by the people, for the people and of the people.
Government has become obnoxiously intrusive into our everyday
lives, taxes, traffic cameras, wiretaps, etc. The time
to rein in government intrusion and spending is long overdue.
With the exception of; national defense, interstate infrastructure,
commerce and public safety, most powers should be the
domain of the states. A federal government should not
equal more than the sum of its parts.
NATIONAL SECURITY:
We must not give one inch to terrorists, hostile
nations or those that harbor terrorists. In fact we should
strike hard, rapidly and consistently when nations transgress.
Liberals will never comprehend that you cannot negotiate
with extremists, fascists and overt enemies of the state,
you can’t, “talk to Iran”, BOMB THEM!
IMMIGRATION: First, seal the borders, build a fence. Two,
there is no reason why we should share a border with a
third world country, U.S. investment in Mexico, Central
and South America will only bring dividends in the long
run and decrease illegal immigration.
THE ECONOMY:
First, let’s revisit federal labor laws
and regulations; it is time to free American companies
from the communist tactics of organized labor and unnecessary,
burdensome, regulation. Second, frivolous lawsuits are
ruinous to healthy economic growth; eliminate punitive
damages, enact more tort reform; fishing for lawsuits
should not be an occupation. Third, address the issue
of; balance of trade, doing business is a reciprocal activity.
Fourth, encourage legislation to help the small businessperson;
they are the backbone of the economy. Fifth, invest in
the Americas and encourage more trade, it will only benefit
a strong U.S. Economy.
NOTES:
Where in the constitution does it say, “Right to
healthcare?”
We have perfectly good weapons in the U.S. arsenal; we
should use them more often.
Traffic cameras eerily remind me of George Orwell’s
1984.
Repeal the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution –
enact a national sales tax.
Use your brain, practice independent thought, don’t
believe political propaganda or media hype.
